Jambu Wall Clock

Jambu is a wall clock, hand-turned in solid wood. A circular form of considerable thickness, with a concave surface that rises toward the pivot of the hands. Twelve turned spikes mark the hours at the rim. Hands in translucent blue acrylic.

The strangeness of the form is what holds the gaze. Signed, dated and numbered piece.

Available in Cumaru, Peroba Rosa, Imbuia and Tauarí. Each wood carries variations in colour, density and grain that alter the reading of the piece. Being a natural material with a manual process, each unit is distinct.
